Kaake di Hatti

I’ve been craving for this really good place since long, and it has really come up to my expectations. The super size of stuffed naan are the highlights of Kaake di hatti in Chandni Chowk and they taste YUMM.

I had this massive stuffed aloo naan, dal makhni, boondi raita and a glass of thumbs up in just ₹270/-. The congested sitting area might be an issue for some.

Worth a visit!😍 .

Grill sandwiches

Home made grill sandwich beats everything that you crave for.😋

Easy receipe-

1.Spread mayonnaise all over. I’ve used Del Monte mayo.

2. Sprinkle salt, chilly powder or chilly flakes on top of mayonnaise either on one bread slice or both. I’ve sprinkled on both to make it more spicy.

3. Place chopped pieces of tomato, onion and capsicum (bell pepper).

4. Sprinkle oregano seasoning on veggies. Dominos seasoning used here. Spread butter or ghee on top of bread slices for the additional pinch of flavour.

5. In a preheated grill, place these slices and grill. Use toaster or tava if you don’t have grill.

6. Serve the vegetable grill sandwich hot with tomato ketchup and coriander/cilantro chutney or any other green chutney of your choice.

Do some grilling, allow your tounge buds to do thrilling.

Oreo Shake

Why to empty your wallet when you can have homemade? The recipe is as easy as a bite of an oreo.

1.Roll the chocolate syrup  (Hershey’s chocolate syrup used here) around the walls of your glass.

2. Put 3-4 pieces of white cream oreo buiscuit, a scoop of vanilla icecream, 1-1.5 cup of milk and again 2-3 oreo in a blender.

3. After blending, crush few oreo buiscuits minutely  to serve as a oreo shake topping.

4. Pour the shake in a glass followed by crushed toppings on it’s top.

I see this coming after every  tiresome day, and guess what? It makes me feel ecstatic  after that!

Sabka Jugaad

For any veg momos lover, Desi Jugaad is a great spot. It’s an extraordinary well suited place to try tandoori momos. The costing is so cheap, giving you an immense pleasure of it’s taste. When dipped in  red chilly momos chutney and mayonnaise, you would definitely give your heart out. Because I’m selective especially when it comes to momos, I chose to share this place. The ‘Desi Jugaad’ is in Mayur Vihar Phase 2. Rather than freaking out on expensive restaurants, pop in to this place for spicy veg tandoori momos. Perfect combination of spices and satisfaction.

The place inevitably takes care of your desperation to momos.

Moolchand

A full plate at Moolchand Paranthe wala seems less cheap as it costs. The renowned place is usually praised by big street food lovers. Situated at Moolchand metro station, Lajpat Nagar, it offers decent varieties of stuffed naan. Among all, I preferably aimed to give a shot for Chur chur Paneer onion. Fortunately, it gave toothsome to my tastes with excess butter floating on. Shahi paneer didn’t make me feel nuts about. The daal tasted good accompanied by boondi raita, mint chutney over onions, and buttermilk. The total plate costed 100 bucks.

So pull up a chair, take a taste because there’s no such thing as effortless lunch.

Sing along with rings..!

What’s new?

The perfect accompaniment to the most meals or small home servings are these fried Onion rings. I’ve tried it lately but the receipe is by far the best touch happened to my tongue. The crunchy coating above the onion slices dipped in batter makes it mouthwatering. You won’t get enough of this 13-15 mins dish if your heart stays for fried cooking. I had primarily tried them in Big Yellow Door, Hudson lane in GTB nagar. One can easily cook it at home with a pint of drinks supplementing the aura.

Why food blogging?

Food blogging hit me out of the blue. I never had this unforeseen coming of starting a food blog. But, I’m at the point of explicating it’s purpose now. You’ve got to talk about it too. The next modest thing to eating food, is talking about it no?

I’ve long believed that open love to the desires is pleasing oneself to the most. Ending up on entertaining experiences to the people around seems one of the considerations to the start. Pocket eating restaurants never allured me despite of the quality and techniques. Budget friendly meals, street food, authentic Indian cuisine, exotic cuisines pamper my food munchies. Conclusively, the time came to take the pumpkin out of the pot, and eat it.

Chole Bhature, my first post story talks about a north Indian food item,  winning many hearts around the globe since long. This north western receipe has come from Punjabi cuisine. The picture was clicked at Surajkund Crafts Mela’17. The local states food stalls attracted any food lover. The spicy and tangy flavour of the Chole ( chickpeas) tastes superb!
